We are so grateful that you chose to purchase a ticket to GO Wild SoCal. Like you, we're sad that coronavirus has changed our plans, and even more so that it is impacting many in a lot of heart-wrenching ways.
We hope the new dates work for you, but if they don't, we want to help. Due to the impact of COVID-19, GO Wild will work to resell tickets on behalf of those unable to make the new date, as well as waive any transfer fees and processing fees so that you will get a full refund upon the sale.
Because we are starting the year in a sold-out position, have time to sell tickets, and have sold out previous years, we believe this solution will prove successful for those who need it.
We know everyone's situation is different and you may need some time to decide. We're allowing guests until at least Monday, August 31, 2020 to select an option for whether to move your ticket to the new date or to request us to resell.
