In order to plan an amazing GO Wild for you and other guests, we need to be able to budget and prepare. Because of this, like most other events, GO Wild tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
That being said, if you have a change in plans you can request that GO Wild attempt to resell your ticket on your behalf to any guests on the waitlist after initial ticket sales are closed. If we are able to resell your ticket, there is a $50 transfer fee. We have been able to accommodate most requests most years, in order of timestamp. The closer we are to the event, the harder it will be for other guests to make plans, travel, etc. or for us to make badges or other personalized items, making it tougher for last-minute changes.
COVID-19 Changes
Due to the impact of COVID-19, GO Wild will waive this transfer fee and any processing fees for guests who have GO Wild SoCal tickets and who are unable to make the new date.
We know many canceled events (like SXSW and others) are not offering refunds, and even more postponed events are only offering a ticket to the new date. This is because event organizers hire vendors, buy supplies, pay deposits, etc. in order to put on a great event for you - many of those dollars were tied up before we knew anything about COVID-19. Rather than leave you without options, we will either move your 2020 ticket to the postponed dates June 10-13 2021, or work to resell your ticket in order to then provide you with a full refund.
Because we are starting the year in a sold-out position, have time to sell tickets, and have sold out previous years, we believe this solution will prove successful for those who need it.
Please refer to your ticketholder e-mail with the newly rescheduled dates for links to move your ticket or to request that it be sold on your behalf. Or, you may also contact support@wildforplanners.com for further assistance.
